This little shuttle service and boat rental spot is now gone from Morro Bay.  Patti and I rented motor boats here on many occasions.   I, for one, hate it when they Up-Date a town.  It takes decades for character to establish itself and modernizing it, no matter how much they spend, just takes away from that sense of a found treasure for the visitor.   It turns an adventure into just a place to spend money.
